Top flight academy is a therapeutic school which treats the youth people. It is a licensed treatment center for trouble teens ages 13 to 17 that are unmotivated and not capable of being successful. The program consists of intensive, consistent therapeutic sessions with structured positive peer culture. PPC teaches the youth self control and to regulate their personal internal moral code. It is only one model which consistently helps to create responsible and effective adults.
PPC and the behavior modification are different to each other. They provide to the students. Behavior mod gets the person to do right thing but on the other side PPC allows the people to figure out the right decisions. They focus on the internal change of the student not just the outside behavior. The staff of the school helps the student to identify his or her own personal values and beliefs and secondly they teach the students behaviors.
Positive peer culture focuses on three levels of responsibility that gives the student individual growth such as: -
- Self responsibility
- Group responsibility
- Authority responsibility
The center teaches the child to recognize, resolve and prevent problems of his own which is called as self responsibility. If the student is able to identify and apply solutions for his problem than he is no need to go any further in the process but if he is not able to cope the problem than the group assist the student to identify the solutions for the problem which is called authority responsibility.
The purpose of this school is to achieve individual and shared goals by treating the students with dignity and honor their humanity.
